After receiving infrared light data with my webcam, is there any way to send x, y, z axis data to an external Arduino board via a USB port on my computer?
If you know, please teach me.

According to the description of the software, FastTrack supports motions that are tracked with six degrees of freedom (6DOF, and more exactly yaw, pitch, roll, left/right, up/down and forward/back through a webcam.
The answer to your question would be yes and no, because there is nothing officially released, but users reported on various forums that they were able to connect fastTrack with Arduino with limited support and other used other apps.
